Someone at work did something today that ticked me off and I let them know it ticked me off. Now, I thought I was being diplomatic in my wording but considering she burst out crying, I'm thinking I might have been able to handle it better so...
I thought I'd share something that might put a smile on some faces. I'm totally stealing it from the Jaunty Quills so if you frequent over there, you may have already seen it.
Okay, here goes...
Go to Google
click on "Maps"
type in "New York to London"
and then scroll down to direction 23 (or may be 24)
Enjoy! :~)

You made me smile and I needed that this week. Don't worry about your co-worker - she might have had PMS or something and it wasn't your fault at all!
I'm sorry you're having a rough week Kim. I hope it gets better soon. :~)
LOL! Love it - it's funny. :)
I've been on both ends of your office scenario, Laura - we're only human. I find that apologies, time, or "dialogue" helps.
Hang in there and thanks for the laugh!
Thanks Ellen. I felt like we'd worked it out yesterday. We even went to lunch afterwards but I wasn't sure if we were okay - until...she came in my office this morning, and closed the door to vent...about someone else. She's never done that before so I think we're all okay but I just felt so bad yesterday about making her cry. Note to self: not all people take criticism well...even when they say they want you to be open and direct with them!
Thanks for the giggle. :)
Sorry about the drama, but I suppose it's bound to happen. I'm glad it's all better now, though.
