I went to see Hairspray this afternoon and absolutely loved it. It's one I'll probably have to buy when it comes out on DVD. The lead, Nikki Blonsky, was great, as was John Travolta as her mother. It was a fun, upbeat movie. And it had a message! It was better than I expected it to be. Always a good thing. :o)

Oh, I'm dying to see that. Probably won't until it comes out on DVD (the joys of having kids means I see about 1-2 movies in the theaters a year) but at least I know it's worth waiting for!

I just rented Miss Potter on DVD, about Beatrix Potter, so I need to watch that. I end up watching a lot of kid movies like Nancy Drew and Shrek (which is okay).
Oh! I rewatched "Something About Mary" yesterday and had forgotten how funny it was. LOL.
